FlyLady
FlyLady has greatly helped our physical and mental health! Because of her "You can do anything in 15 minutes!" encouragement and her morning/before bed routines, we have had clean laundry and clean dishes each day. She also helps with decluttering and filling your mind with what's important (people) rather than what's not (stuff).
Saving Dinner
Leanne Ely, a friend of FlyLady's, is a nutritionist with an online menu service – complete with a grocery list! There are 6 recipes e-mailed to me each week. Sometimes meals can still be a challenge though!

Waterdeep Music
This is one of my favorite groups, very funky and the more you listen to their music the more you like and respect it. "You Are So Good to Me" is one of their more popular worship songs, but they have so much more to offer!
